It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 31st Annual Meeting of the Saudi Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology, here in the quiet and gracious city of Khobar. This gathering embodies the heart of our mission: protecting mothers, saving babies and improving women’s health.
On the first day, we turn toward the future. We explore cutting-edge advances including V-NOTE, robotic surgery, single-port techniques, and operative hysteroscopy, alongside sessions dedicated to mastering the second stage of labor—a skill that continues to define safe childbirth and reduce preventable harm.
While the 2nd and 3rd day, we focus on the moments where expertise saves lives: maternal critical illness, major obstetric emergencies, and complex gynecologic crises. With topics ranging from hypertensive storms to fetal emergencies and near-miss audits, we reaffirm our collective responsibility to safeguard every mother and every newborn.
